Process Re-engineering

Through the process of evaluating current practices, waste is often discovered that can be easily removed with the introduction of a more simplified process.

Most processes that have not previously been re-engineered can deliver between 30-50% savings.

The methodology can be either an independent assessment or a more team based activity that can involve your staff, giving them the skills to deliver future improvement programmes.

We have 10+ years experience in delivering efficiency improvements in both manufacturing and administrative functions. Tools that we use are;

  • Value stream mapping (VSM – current and future state).
  • Kaizen. Standard Ops. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Visual management.
  • 6 Sigma tools. Root cause analysis. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
